Janice Reilly is the head nurse at Plainview Hospital wound care and hyperbarics. Janice attended Kings County School of Nursing, Brooklyn New York. As a staff nurse, nurse manager and hospice nurse she was searching for her niche. Janice joined Dr. Peter Salzer in 1999 in his endeavor in wound care and hyperbaric medicine. Janice became a certified wound specialist and she travels nationally to learn about the newest modalities in hyperbaric medicine and wound care to share with the patients. Janice is a member of the American Academy of Wound Management and a Fellow of the American College of Wound Specialists. Janice is also an Advanced Certified Hyperbaric Registered Nurse. These are elite organizations dedicated to their patients to promote optimal outcomes and future wound education and advances in wound management.
