Directions

     Long Island Hyperbaric and Wound Care is located in the rear of North Shore/LIJ Plainview Hospital in Plainview, Long Island, New York. The facility is brand new and state of the art.  It is easily accessible by car and bus. There is valet parking to help you get your car parked.
 



Long Island Expressway

Westbound: Take Exit 44, Rte. 135,Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway, southbound. Take Exit 10, Old Country Rd., west. Turn left at the light at the end of the ramp. Past the next light,  Plainview Hospital is immediately on your left side. Turn left into the hospital. There is valet parking.

Eastbound: Take Exit , Rte. 135,Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway, southbound. Take Exit 10, Old Country Rd., west. Turn left at the light at the end of the ramp. Past the next light,  Plainview Hospital is immediately on your left side. Turn left into the hospital. There is valet parking.

Northern State Parkway

Westbound: Take Exit 37A, merge onto the Long Island Expressway, keep in the right lane and take Exit 44, Rte. 135, Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway south. Take Exit 10, Old Country Rd., west. Turn left at the light at the end of the ramp. Past the next light,  Plainview Hospital is immediately on your left side. Turn left into the hospital. There is valet parking.

Eastbound: Take Exit, Rte. 135, Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway south. Take Exit 10, Old Country Rd., west. Turn left at the light at the end of the ramp. Past the next light,  Plainview Hospital is immediately on your left side. Turn left into the hospital. There is valet parking.

Southern State Parkway

Westbound: Take Exit 28A North, Rte. 135 Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway north to Exit 10. As you get on the exit ramp, keep right. Turn right at the light and move immediately over to your left. The hospital entrance is on your left side. Turn left into the hospital. There is valet parking.

Eastbound: As above, take Exit 28A North Rte. 135,  Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway north to Exit 10. As you get on the exit ramp, keep right. Turn right at the light and move immediately over to your left. The hospital entrance is on your left side. Turn left into the hospital. There is valet parking.
